Description

Consists of :
one (1) Mocha to keep you alert,
one (1) packet of Strawberry
one (1) full size Biceps for Recovery
one (1) 100g Gummy Ultra

Recommended intake:
1/4 bar of Mocha half an hour before your race.
Pop 1-2 Gummy Ultra and let it melt in your mouth when flag off. Continue popping Gummy Ultra in your mouth till your planned water station.
Take another 1 Strawberry Blast at the water station.
Continue your run by popping another 1-2 Gummy Ultra and refuel with 1/4 bar of Mocha or 1 Strawberry Blast at the next planned water station.
Continue this process till finish line.
Take 1/4 or half Biceps for recovery.

Tip:
1) Study your route.
2) Refuel before you get hungry.
3) Refuel before your next climb (if any).
